A superb plate of the TYPE LOCALITY Cavansites from the famous 1973 discoveries at Owyhee Dam. What makes this specimen so exceptional are the COMPLETE sparkly balls of Cavansite that are the deepest turquoise blue that you can imagine. These balls, which are 1 mm across, are accented by the lovely "morning glory" radial growths of the Cavansite. An important, historic, and aesthetic classic. With lovely Stilbite blades of 1-2 mm, no less. Ex. Charlie Key.
