Many collectors do not know that Touissit has now and then turned out a trickle of really pretty smithsonites. They are almost always microcrystalline and botryoidal in form - but this very uncommon one has distinct crystals with glassy luster. The color, however, is the familiar pretty olive color that is characteristic of this locality.
