A fine cabinet calcite specimen from the Sweetwater Mine of Missouri's Viburnum Trend. This 10.3 cm, gemmy and lustrous, doubly terminated, amber spear-point is highlighted by the double, interior phantom shown in one of the crystal faces. Iridescent chalcopyrite covering the limestone matrix provides a nice accent to this excellent specimen that was part of my personal calcite collection for many years. The calcite crystal is complete all-around and is very nearly pristine. I obtained this in the mid-1980s. Ex. Rob Lavinsky Collection.
