This is simply a REALLY colorful specimen with intense metallic green crystals of brochantite sitting atop intense blue linarite sprays. All are flat-laying, so these are not world class examples by any means, but the overall effect of contrast is simply amazing, and makes this piece stand out to me. From a recent find in 2013, this was the best by far of a large lot I saw at the Denver 2013 show. Joe Budd photos.
