A BIG, BEAUTIFUL plate of calcite from Tsumeb, given its attractivness by a coating of light moss-green mottramite that has been selectively deposited on the calcite crystal faces - so that the green color contrasts with the lustrous, uncoated faces.. Super large display sized specimen from the Rob Smith collection (Rob is a well known dealer in SA) ! 14.9 x 11.6 x 3.3cm
