This cabinet-size specimen features starbursts of white Mimetite needles perfectly distributed among tiny rosettes of green Malachite. The Malachite partially replaces sharp little Cuprite crystals, and these coat the matrix crust of sulfides and possibly Copper. The aesthetics are quite appealing, especially with the color contrasts and good definition of the minerals. Ex. Rob Smith Collection, a noted Tsumeb specialist. Unusual material for Tsumeb and a large display piece!
