A very AESTHETIC thumbnail spray of gemmy, purple vivianite blades on matrix from the famous Blackbird Mine of Idaho. The Blackbird Mine has produced the United States best vivianites and these came out in the 1950s and 60s. This is a GOOD one from the collection of elite thumbnail collector, Allan Young, who has won the Desautels Trophy at Tucson with his thumbnails such as this.
