This is a very rare locality specimen of Mimetite from the Erzgebirge in Saxony, Germany. The crystals are actually stacked blades, similar to poker-chip Calcite, and they form undulating clusters not unlike a Chinese dragon. They are 6 mm wide, and the color runs from a yellow-green to green. A very unusual habit, and uncommon specimen. Note the old label from the 1800s.
