This is a huge, single crystal of spinel, with fair luster, light brown color, and good octahedral form. It is pristine except for the base, which has been lightly contacted. Measure this out - it is literally HUGE and that is not an exaggeration! Seldom do you see such large spinels from this region, in particular 7 x 6.5 x 4.5 cm
