This is a LARGE cluster of peacock-blue cavansite, measuring 3 centimeters across! It has wrapped itself around some matrix in the center. There is a contact on the back side of the cluster, where you can see the radial structure of the crystals that form these beautiful balls. The cavansite sits on a bed of microcrystalline stilbite.
