The finest contemporary green Pyromorphites on the market right now are those from the Daoping mine in China. I was told that the section of the mine that produced these pieces is now closed and will never again produce these superb Pyromorphites. This specimen is a beautiful thumbnail consisting of sharp, lustrous, attractive apple green color, slightly hoppered crystals with a yellow hue at the base.
