A very rich, old-time specimen of reddish-gray, native bismuth crystals sprinkled with lustrous, cubic cobaltite crystals to 3 mm on a thin quartz matrix. This classic specimen is from the historic Type Locality for bismuth of Schneeberg, Germany. Comes with an old paper label glued to the back. Probably around 100 years old or older.
