Check out this BIG, STUNNING specimen of intergrown sheaves of stilbite - out of the prominent collection of Ed David. Stilbites are usually seen on matrix with other zeolites and apophyllites, or in clusters of one or two major crystals with smaller ones attached; but rarely in a large cluster such as this, with such a sculptural attractiveness to it! This is a matrix-free, floater cluster. The brownish highlights (iron oxide) add to the appeal.
