One of two very aesthetic specimens of calcite on matrix from Missouri in this set of auctions. Here are two very gemmy (for the Sweetwater) crystals, the larger measuring 4.5 cm, perched perfectly on the matrix. One of them appears hardly attached at all! Ex. Feist Collection.
