In contrast to the other stolzite in this update, this one comprises a couple dozen slender, brown-orange, steeply terminated, slender prismatic crystals, most of which are terminated. The habit is reminiscent of the wulfenite crystals from Mexico and the two species form a series. Well defined prismatic crystals show some bruising around the edges as expected for a piece of its age, probably from the 1800's. (MINDAT: A famous tin deposit. One part of the deposit is situated in Saxony, Germany (Zinnwald), the other in Bohemia, Czech Republic (Cinovec)).
