This magnificent, GEM twin of calcite is complete all around, 360 degrees, and free of damage. It is extremely sharp with no wear or water-smoothing which you sometimes see on the edges of these classic twins. They came ou in the early 90s from this garnet mining town, and haven't come out since. I have seen small ones on the market here and there, but few of this caliber turn up for sale in some time. The crystal is so clear and gemmy you can look through tot eh matrix underneath! It has excellent, bright color as well as top luster (some are more pale and dull in luster) 7.2 x 5.1 x 4.4 cm
