This unusually colored Refugio smithsonite has a beige-gray tone that is hard to describe, actually. It is not colorless or ugly, it is just different in hue from others. From the most significant collection of now-closed Refugio specimens: the Kerry Cooper collection of smithsonite, which was sold to us earlier this year. Joe Budd Photos.
