Tufts and felted aggregates composed of delicate, acicular, pale blue aurichalcite crystals fill the interstices of the vuggy box-work in this specimen. Several of the vugs display profuse, dense aggregates of aurichalcite as noted in the photos. Good aurichalcite from the Mammoth-St. Anthony mine was not common. A great piece for the locality! Ex. William Pinch collection with label.
