A classic, old-time specimen from the 13 Level of the Levant Mine of Cornwall of hackly copper richly covered on both sides with sparkly, deep wine-red cuprite microcrystals. The bit of attached matrix is a nice accent to this showy, historic piece. Ex. Wesley Stark Collection.
