A CLASSIC, OLD-TIME calcite specimen from St. Andreasberg, Germany. A complete all-around, lustrous and translucent calcite crystal is nicely attached to a bit of matrix. The crystal has textbook prismatic form and a sharp, nail-head termination. Very nearly pristine.
