A remarkable old classic, and a great rarity too, from this important and historic mining locality: This specimen was purchased by Bill and Carol Smith from Herb Obodda in 1982. It was in their collection for a number of years until sold through Dave Bunk to Marty. It features relatively large hemispheres of crystallized clinoclase perched on matrix of mixed copper minerals. At the bottom of the display face are sharp, metallic, acicular crystals of olivenite forming a thick carpet that contrasts starkly with the other mineralization. 5 x 4.5 x 2.4 cm
