A striking, very imposing, large cabinet cave specimen from Poland and the Dave Stoudt Collection. The top of this dramatic piece is covered with unique and unusual, calcite cave "popcorn." The field of cave "popcorn" rests on classic, lamellar-growth, lustrous and translucent, brown, cave travertine. The "popcorn" field is in excellent condition. Dave lived and worked in Poland, and according to his catalogue, purchased this very unusual piece in Warsaw in September, 1999.
