A HISTORIC and OLD-TIME LARGE CABINET specimen from the Clarence Bement and Philadelphia Academy of Sciences Collections. This showy old-timer features a 6.9 cm lustrous, hexagonal, greenish-gray apatite crystal jauntily perched atop flesh-colored calcite from an UNCOMMON Ontario, Canada locality - North Elmsley/Drummond. This fine piece obviously dates to the 19th century, as Bement also donated to the Academy.
