This is a wonderful Pea Ridge calcite not only because it is nearly a floater of fine, freestanding crystals, but also because the crystals are richly included with hematite, giving them a "classic" looking tint. The crystals measure to over 5 cm, and are doubly-terminated. There is just a small crust of matrix on the back which serves to anchor the crystals.
