Comparing very favorably to classic Mt. Ste Hilaire aegirines, this is a cluster of large, elegant, slender crystals attached to a single opaque quartz crystal. The glossy crystals measure up to 4 cm in length. They have the typical rough (natural) terminations. Quite a sculptural and attractive example for the species.
