Aquamarines are a pretty common mineral from such locality in recent past as majority pieces do come from such locale in large quantity but not many in very good quality & perfection. As is so common in the market so it is also hard to find the aesthetic, interesting & perfect pieces from such locality. Nagar valley, Skardu, Pakistan is the second-best locality for producing Aquas with much lighter in color and more top mirror luster with the best of muscovite as a matrix.

This particular specimen is an exceptional example for the species featuring a gorgeous gem cluster of multiple stepwise crystals shooting out of beauiful Muscovite matrix. The crystals has magnificent vitreous glassy luster with perfect hexagonal smooth and fine termination. The Muscovite matrix has compact crystal quality and a perfect natural base for the Aquamarine crystals. It's well crystalized all around and indeed a very neat large cabinet size specimen in such perfection and aesthetic visuals.
