Utah’s Thomas Range has been known for it’s beautiful gem-quality sherry-colored topaz crystals for over one hundred years. This is a fine group of gemmy, lustrous crystals to 5.8 cm, mined by CEMI in 2009 during a specimen mining project at Maynard’s claim, the classic Thomas Range locality. Very nice example!
