From late in the original Sweet Home production years, comes this fine plate of rhodochrosite with minor fluorite and quartz association. This specimen features fantastic coverage of rhodochrosite rhombs with good luster and color. Plates this large are very hard to recover in good condition, but this specimen is excellent. The rhodochrosite is sharp with no major cleaved crystals and only minor negligible damage on the periphery. Even the quartz is in very nice condition (crystals are very often broken on specimens like this).
