This is one of those locations you almost never see, as it produced in the 1960s-1970s. A group of avid San Diego-based mineral collectors used to drive down to collect them at the time; and I am told that the locality is now gone and inaccessible. Such fine crystals only turn up rarely, generally in the legacy collections of a few Southern California folks. This came from such a collection, from Bob Dawson. Bob, and his father Norm before him, owned and worked the famous White Queen Mine from the 1960s. He had an extensive local collection, most of which we bought recently.
