Location: Pein-Pyit, Mogok Township, Pyin-Oo-Lwin District, Mandalay Region, Myanmar (Burma)
Remarkable quality, especially for this size of crystallization. The color of a very deep red (a beautiful ruby red, typical of the very good Burmese Spinels from Mogok, much better than those from Vietnam, more pink), the gem, the shine, everything comes together for this crystal arranged perfectly on its calcite matrix.
