Lazurite on Calcite
0 for sale·Member since 2026
Dimensions: 5.1x4.5cm
Origin: Sar e sang, Kokcha, Afghanistan
This small crystal has an incredible presentation, perched on its matrix, holding by only one of its faces, quite incredible! (Controlled sample, not repaired).
Lazurite, often called Lapis Lazuli, is one of its constituent minerals. Crystals (rhombodecahedrons) with perfect and well drawn faces are quite rare, too often deformed or badly crystallized.
Dimensions without the acrylic base, which is supplied with the mineralogical specimen.
The mineral is not glued to its base (flexible mastic).
