Presented in a modern glass phial is a concentrate of fine grains of Native Gold panned, or gravity separated, from an alluvial deposit in Finland. Finnish Native Gold is always very rare in collections and although these are small grains they total 20 g in weight. It is specifically from Tankavaara, Sodankylä in Lapland.
