An old time and all time classic, the calcites from Cumbria, England are essential to any mineral collection. This is a lovely large example with highly lustrous crystals and a light umber color from hematite. This piece probably dates to the mid-late 1800s. Minimal damage and in great condition. No repairs or restorations, but this piece is stabilized.
