Once heralded as the new greatest Pyromorphite occurrence on Earth, specimens from the early 2000s finds at Daoping mine in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China are now much harder to find available. Especially so the higher end pieces. This excellent cabinet-sized specimen is densely packed with hundreds of glossy, resinous yellow-green seed-like and prismatic Pyromorphite crystals throughout a porous, yet heavy gossan. In all round excellent condition the quality of this specimen shines through, and being slightly larger than most that are now seen occasionally available, it makes for a superb display.
