Devilline and Langite
This small cabinet specimen has emerald-green, rounded clusters of Devilline to 5 mm, and they are associated with small, blue-green crystals of Langite. Quite rich with mineralization covering a hefty portion of the display face, highly desirable old pieces such as this date back to the 1800's, and are hard to come by today. Old label from the Accrington Museum included. This is a large and rich specimen! The finest examples of Devilline, a classic and 'antique' European copper mineral, are from Spania Dolina (formerly called Herrengrund).
