Calcite on quartz, 6 cm, from the Parta orebody, –580 m level, Malmberget mine, Gällivare, Norrbotten, Sweden. It was collected in 1996 from a new small pocket I opened close to the famous “gem pocket” found by miner Kenneth Holmgren 1988.
