This very rich 'bonanza-style' gold ore specimen is from the famous Canadian occurrence at Val d'Or, La Vallée-de-l'Or RCM, Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Quebec. It features two thin massive Quartz veinlets on either side of the piece, both of which are richly invested in bright yellow metallic hackly Native Gold. Overall, this specimen weighs in at 84 g, and at large miniature size it presents really nicely as a rich gold-bearing specimen.
