Mufulira mine in Copperbelt Province, Zambia is one of the all-time great copper mines - the details of which get taught to prospective mining geology students.This fabulous classic dendritic aggregate of Native Copper comes from David Hardman's comprehensive worldwide Native Copper collection and has great specific provenance to the 730 m Level. This really is a lovely example of classic dendritic form, but accentuated by the abundance of well-formed crystals that make up the individual branches.
