Considering that any specimen from Klein Aub mine in Hardap Region, Namibia is rare, to come across a 19 cm long and 1.4 kg aggregate of crystallized Cuprite with Native Copper is exceptional to the extreme. This undoubtedly older piece comes from the Hettrich Collection in Germany and is clearly quite spectacular. For those interested in unusual locality specimens of Native Copper, or unusual Namibian localities this might prove an attractive proposition.
