This interesting copper-mineral material is some of the prettiest mineralized ANYTHING you will ever see....it literally looks like a kid made it out of blue glitter and glue. The Chrysocolla is formed as a partial pseudomorph (replacement) after malachite crystals, faithfully replacing them and preserving their form (with some malachite in the core, remaining). Atop the chrysocolla is a glittery sparkle of tiny quartz, like sugary syrup coating the whole thing, as if poured atop. Small bright green primary malachite spots shine out from atop the chrysocolla, but beneath the quartz as if seen through a thin layer of glass. The overall effect is just beautiful. While many of these were found in 2022-2025, most simply lacked the sparkle and pizzazz of the quartz coating, or the geometry you see here. This is a special miniature-sized specimen with such color and presence, it leaps out to the eye. Excepting only one broken termination on a sidecar crystal, this is intact and complete all around.
