A superb thumbnail of dioptase on calcite from the Tsumeb Mine in Namibia. This mine produced the world’s finest dioptase crystals, and this is no exception. Wonderful quality, aesthetics, and crystal separation make for a competition grade thumbnail. Excellent. Ex. Beth Gordon Collection – “purchased from Bill Larson for $56 in 1971”
