This famous locality is noted for its incredible quartz and amethyst specimens, often sceptered. Also notable are the iconic pyrite quartz combinations such as this specimen, which are highly desirable and coveted amongst North American mineral collectors. While we didn’t receive an exact locality for this specimen, the growth patterns of the pyrite leads us to believe this piece came from the Pedro Claim.
