Namibia’s rugged Goboboseb Mountains, located in the spartan central desert region of this southwest African country, is considered by many to be the world’s preeminent contemporary amethyst locality, and for good reason. Amethyst crystals from the Goboboseb are noted for their vibrant color, exceptional clarity, and often aesthetic placement on contrasting matrix. This pretty sceptered specimen features excellent gemminess and smoky/amethyst color. Includes custom base.
