A wonderful specimen featuring a large gemmy single tetragonal crystal of orange scheelite perched on a bed of muscovite crystals from Mount Xuebaoding*, China. Scheelite crystals from this remote locality are almost universally considered among collectors to be the world’s best, and this is a fine example with great aesthetics and display presence. Ex.
