The Luifengshan mine in Anhui province, China, has produced outstanding examples of both azurite and malachite, but arguably the most beautiful and desirable specimens from this mine feature lustrous royal-blue azurite crystals, which are prominent on this piece. A very attractive specimen from this now classic Chinese locale.
