Premier quality cabinet-sized amber Fluorite specimens with gemmy glassy crystals are rare, even from the famous Hilton mine in northern England. This superb specimen features a wonderful linear aggregate of transparent gemmy Fluorite crystals of an amazing deep amber colour. The Fluorite crystals reach 1.5 cm on edge and are all in fine condition and size upon a rib-like matrix consisting of smaller frosted Fluorite crystals. The main Fluorite crystals present exceptional gemmy golden amber cores with unusual contrasting crystal faces, from glassy on several sides, to frosted. The way the crystals sit up upon one edge of the matrix allows light to shine through them, adding to its allure and beauty. An extremely classy Hilton mine Fluorite for the discerning collector.
