Cerussite is one of THE classic minerals from Tsumeb, and for which the mine still lays claim to as a distinct and historic style. This is from the early to mid-1970s finds of adamantine-luster, large, robust cerussite that forms in these massive clusters of reticulated twins. Such specimens are very hard to get on the market today, hoarded by those who have them, and in any case so very few survived the rigors of extraction and the last 50 years or so of handling. This is a fine size for display (we would make a custom lucite base to display it upright), an impactful piece, and as close to pristine as you can ask for. A true treasure of a size and style unequalled for the species from other locations but more than that, it is just a riveting style of crystal for any mineral.
