Pyrargyrite
This is a very large Pyrargyrite specimen (especially for the region) that has a 360-degree display solely composed of robust, terminated crystals that reach up to 2.3 by 1.6 centimeters. The crystals have a sub-metallic luster and bright grey color that is underlined by swathes of red; the most visible of these red areas are on the specimen's underside and a couple terminations. Many of the terminations for the larger crystals are multi-faced and detailed with hints of hoppering. Pyrargyrite is one of the few (and highly desirable) silver-ore minerals, an analogue of Proustite. This piece comes with a custom acrylic base.
