Faden Quartz
A striking and aesthetic specimen of classic Faden Quartz from Balochistan that features two stocky Faden Quartz crystals (up to 6.0 centimeters across) at the peak of a thin, grey matrix. To find any Faden Quartz specimen on-matrix is impressive because most pieces on the market are detached crystals or complete floaters. Each of these crystals, along with an impressive cluster of Faden Quartz crystals covering part of the matrix, are colorless and extremely flashy. Just about every crystal is complete all around with nicely beveled edges, a gemmy interior, and strong flashy luster; the larger crystals, in particular, show the signature white "threading" that gives this Quartz variety its name.
