Tsumeb mine in Namibia is famous for many great minerals and twinned Cerussite is certainly one of them. This thumbnail-sized specimen is a beautiful example, with the white to colourless cyclic-twinned Cerussite looking like a flower perched on a darker piece of matrix. Complete all around and in wonderful condition, this is a classic, iconic to Tsumeb mine. As a thumbnail is has a perfectly balanced shape and shows that colour isn't everything when it comes to minerals.
